To obtain service in Integrated Service Unit, people have to come in Ministry of Health office, Jl. HR Rasuna Said, Blok X-5 No. 4-9, South Jakarta in New Building, 5th Floor, while procurement of goods and services can be access through website : www/LPSE.depkes.go.id.

Service in Integrated Service Unit covers : Pharmaceutical Prparations facility Licensing, Pharmaceutical Whole seller (PBF), Drugs raw materials, and Narcotics Export – Import, Psychotropic and Precusor. Licensing of Facility Certificate of Health Equipment Distributions and Production and Household Health Supplies (PKRT). Management of Health Equipment Registration and PKRT. Health School Recommendation. Ethical Clearance of Health Research. Doctor/Dentist Registration. Recommendation of Foreign Traditional Healer Recommendation, Recommendation/ Licensing, Class Determination and Hospital Accreditation, CTKI (Indonesia Labor Candidate) and KALK (Health Laboratory Accredited Committee). People Complaint and Public Service, and Personnel Business. To accelerate service, provided 11 counters.
