Ronnie Rifany SSD, MSc ; ASI ambassador, Sofie Navita; the head foundation of Indonesia Lactase Center (Selasi), Utami Roesli, SpA., MBA., CIMI., IBCLC; representative of hospital organization and other profession organization.

In her speech, Minister of Health describes the 10 Steps to Success Breastfeeding by health personnel and facilities. Such steps include, healthcare facilities must have a written policy on breastfeeding; Train all health care staff in skills; Inform all pregnant women about the benefits of breastfeeding and breastfeeding success measures, should also help to provide counseling to mothers with HIV infection; Helping mothers breastfeeding within 30 minutes after birth; Helping mothers to breastfeed the correct technique; not give any food or drink other than breast milk to newborns; Implement rooming mothers and infants (rooming-in); Implement breastfeeding babies as often and arbitrarily; do not give a pacifier; and Establish and assist the development of breastfeeding mothers support group.
Menkes asserted, hospital as an individual health care facilities must provide safe care, quality, anti-discrimination, effective, patient-oriented interests and in accordance with standard hospital care.

On occasion, the Minister of Health signed the inscription Replacement Hospital Name of Cinere Hospital become Puri Cinere Hospital. Minister also gave an award to the Director of Puri Cinere Hospital, which has been implementing and supporting exclusive breastfeeding program.
She added, in an effort to improve public health, the government needs the support of all parties including the private sector. Therefore, one of Ministry’s of Health main strategies is to include efforts to increase community empowerment, private sector and civil society in health development through national and regional cooperation.

" Government and the private sector is an important component of health policy Indonesia. Both are colored in each stage of policy formulation and implementation", continued Minister.
Minister of Health warned, the hospital has a long series of struggles. The process of improving quality of care form a shared responsibility of all parties concerned, particularly the management and technical implementers hospital.
